PUBLIC SERVICE NOTICE

The East Kingston Police recently investigated several thefts from vehicles as well as one report that an attached garage was entered. These complaints had taken place in the Depot Road, Willow Road, Maplevale and Cricket Hill areas in the early morning hours. There was no sign of forced entry as all the doors were unlocked, several thousand dollars in cash and property was stolen.

We ask that residents lock their vehicles and homes, do not leave valuables in your vehicle and report suspicious activity immediately. Be observant and call police but do not confront persons on your own as they may pose a threat to your safety.
